Elizabeth is a Registered Homeopath, Registered Nutritional Consultant (Holistic), Reiki Practitioner, and a Certified Life Coach. She is also in her fourth year of Pastoral Studies at Saint Paul University. Elizabeth enjoys making a difference in people's lives and assisting people of all ages on their journey to genuine health. She engages children, youth, adults and the elderly towards a robust life with the use of homeopathics, healthy food choices, supplements, stress reduction, and engaged listening.
